It is driver's responsibility to scale his load; all loads require scale ticket. If my company sends a truck to a warehouse and they overload him then my driver gets the fine (which means us).... It's not on the shipper. Is it your companies truck or was the load brokered/scheduled with an OTR company? If it's your company's truck.. then it's driver and company problem. DAMN... that's one hell of an overload too! I'd have a few people looking for jobs :D

Company truck, no scales around. Hell he got stopped close some closed scales on the interstate at that! They opened them up just to weigh him. I dunno, but its all out of my hands, I'll be in a T-800 Kenworth Monday @ 7am anyway. :D
