I Finally Got Him

I've tried for a long time to get a Great Blue Heron in flight that wasn't a butt shot. These are not the greatest due to the background but at this point I really don't care. Them buggers are hard to get.

Thanks Moon.......... I'm still enjoying it as well. Unfortunately I've been a bit under the weather this weekend. I went to Vancouver today and was planning to shoot a lot but ran out of energy and went home to try and sleep it off. I got this one tonight when me and Mrs. Guyzerr went for a coffee drive. You can only sleep so much.

Cool! We regularly get grey herons flying past here as I'm very near the river. Apparently there used to be a heronry, years ago, just round the corner.
