I feel so good

I've been exercising very regularly for the past month and trying to eat more healthily and I just feel so good - like nothing can get me down. I feel healthier, I smile all the time and I think I've lost a couple of pounds (well I can finally fit into some jeans that I shrank by accident. I consider that to be a fantastic victory). I think part of the wonderful mood I'm in is me taking control and doing some work instead of just moaning.

I just want to share my good mood with everyone.

I've been trying to do the same, though I hate exercise so much and I'm struggling to keep it up :/ Well done to you though!

Thanks! I'm not the greatest fan of exercise so I've had to really push myself to do it when I'm at home. I joined a Zumba fitness class with my friend which is good. I was absolutely petrified of going because I just had images of me struggling to keep up at the back in a room full of fantastically fit people but it's not been like that at all.
