My grandfather had 4 eggs fried in lard, 6-7 slices of bacon, toast with gobs of butter and black coffee every morning... and that man wasn't shy when it came to the salt shaker.
He lived into his early 90's and was active at home until the end.

I've never seen it at a regular grocery store doll, so maybe at a meat market?
