I decided to dye my hair...

It's so hard to lift hair like you've described. It takes a really talented professional and a lot of patience. Celebrities with dark, coarse hair often take a week or so to lift up to blonde, letting the scalp rest and walking around with crazy hair in the mean time lol.

Glad it ended up ok...I remember using a "light ash brown" boxed dye on my head once and coming out with this greyish black sheepdog's ass color I could not fix! From then on, I've only trusted a stylist.

OMG the blisters were awful!! The hairdresser recommended a few products to help and I got some stuff that worked really well. And she told me to use Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner. :nod:
