I believe I can live my entire life without owning an "Apple" product. Really do not see the appeal. There is an Apple store in a shopping center in Birmingham, on a whim I decided to walk in and look around. Out of an entire store full of customers one of the staff flunkies acted like I was in the way and nudged me out of his way. I just walked on out the door. Nothing there I had to have.

i said so what do you do when you cant see flash files on the internet and the whole site is flash
he said nothing there is just no way to see them
I said ever time you try to hook your device up to a new windows based computer how to you get stuff on and off the device
he said he had to install itunes if it wasnt there which it does not come already standard
I asked how much he paid for it
then I told him my android was half that with more features

Haha, and there are some people that just like certain products. I will probably never ever use an Apple computer, but I love my iPhone and couldn't see having any other phone and I've had and iPod before.

I personally like apple products. I'm not some apple junkie but I do have an ipod and an iphone. Both have served me well, so no complaints there.

I wouldn't have an Apple product except that I won an iPad in a drawing. I like it well enough, but if I would have had to fork $500 over at that time, I. Would have bought a laptop. My phone is an Android and I like it.

I don't use my phone for web browsing very often, so the lack of Flash doesn't bother me. And I already had iTunes b/c I have an iPod...so that, too, doesn't bother me. I just upgraded from an Android to an iPhone and I absolutey LOVE my iPhone. I got so sick of being told that my Android was out of memory or that my text messaging memory was full.

I'm far from being an Apple snob, but they make good products.

I picked up a 27" Apple desktop last year and LOVE it. Got an iPad earlier this year and LOVE it (mostly for work). Showing some guys what I could do with it for work, I probably sold more than a couple for Apple. Don't have an iPhone and more than happy with my current smart phone.

Actually sitting in a hotel room typing on the pad lol

Learn how to use the apps available for the iPad, and other than large detailed spreadsheets that you have to work, no reason for a laptop IMO.

I've only owned one Apple product in my life and it was an Apple/HP iPod Mini. I don't see the hype.
