I just skimmed the article because I know I would get all cranked up if I read the whole story. Spending even 1 buck on those bastards disgusts me unless of course the buck was spent on a bullet.

When the phasing regimen started is when people were able to realize- it's better to keep them locked up under tight level 4 security ( same security level as Pelican Bay and San Quentin- where the hard core criminals are kept ) than to let them free in the communities and be one of our neighbors. Am sure their recidivism rate is high given opportunities to commit again

I think more along the lines of putting them in a regular prison among the general population. That way they can get all the love they missed when they were young. Then after a few weeks put a bullet in their head if they are still alive.

I'm with Guyzerr here, paedo's CANNOT be rehabilitated. It's just something that is in them.

As for letting them out into society again, if that ever does happen people should know who they are and where they live, and if they get murdered, so what? One less scumbag.

I am just stating the facts of how the Department of Mental Health is approaching such problem. The Psychiatrists and Psychologists are at a loss how to present such diagnosis with symptoms- given they are on a controlled environment( locked up) hence asymptomatic ( no symptoms )

They have castration as part of the phasing IF they don't pass the 3rd phase. However some attys support these guys and even patient advocate rights :thumbdown

So the laws changed to make castration as an option. Either castration or they keep on trying 3rd phase which is quite impossible to pass.....:ninja ( unless the nerve endings on their equipment is no longer active- then sure- they'll pass...... )
