I'd build a time machine. Then, I'd take one .50cal sniper rifle and a mini-gun with lots and lots of rounds. I'd travel back to 1 A.D. and own everyone and everything. I've got things on my arms that will cut trees in half. I can cut down 50 soldiers with axes in 5 seconds. I'd be God. I would then end up traveling back to 2007 some day, and see how much I've changed the world.

So, I'd pretty much rule the world.
