I sent her a message saying "we should hang out the next time your up visiting Sarah" and got "Definitly!! We will have to think of something that's good to do, and of course what sarah wants to do as well. =)"

I would say nay, sorry mate. I could be wrong, but she made sure to add that "Sarah" would be joining you both, so you wouldnt think it was just the 2 of you.

Yeah, I have to agree with that. If she was interested in spending time with you for romantic reasons she wouldn't have felt the need to say Sarah would be coming
