Okay guys ....we've all had it happen....

by generous use of flattery/bargaining/begging/alcohol/all of the above you've been given the green light for some good old fashioned nookie. You're both mad keen on the idea, but at the last minute, you get completely put off by something that kills the mood completely.

My sad story involves a 'romantic weekend away' with my wife to a holiday resort by Lake Taupo. We booked a cabin overlooking the lake with a private courtyard and a spa pool. As luck would have it, things were going splendidly,and the two of us are 'enjoying ourselves' in the spa out in the afternoon sun, safely out of sight behind a high wall..... Just when things were building for the grand finale...........

.....an icecream truck pulled up on the other side of the wall. His jolly chimes and the noise of children, game over.

We can laugh about it now, but my wife still smirks when she hears an icecream truck.

Anyone else got a story of true love gone wrong?
