How to easily make friends

No man is an island as such we need company so it is always good to make friends it's does help one to stay sane especially with very helpful friends. how can one easily start a friendship or make friends

Yeah no man is an island it is good to mingles and interact with others it will help one to be socially okay.

I find it very hard to socialize and mingle with the busy online activities that I have engaged myself with.

Friends as in long life friendships are harder to gain, naturally, but acquaintances are easy. I personally have my set core of friends from childhood. Everyone else has been or is just an acquaintance and likely to remain so on the grounds of trust issues i have from previous attempts.

However, i do think if you want to make more friends then you must open yourself up and be vulnerable. Share, but also know what to hold back.

But mostly the enemies comes from the list of your friends. This has led me to limit the number of people I can friend with.

Honestly, I do not make friends easily. I met my current friends in high school, college and workplace.
