I admit I am. But when you pay for something and they send you the wrong item when it's clearly labeled on the receipt that they packed WITH said item, I have a right to be. Clearly whoever packed it is illiterate or blind...

I'm due to get the right package Tuesday. I got it resolved. Tried calling only to get some music and a "yo yo yo" after I was taken off hold. Very weird.It sucks but no difference (except much less inconvenient than) airline misplacing your luggage or fast food messing up your order. Who knows how many orders they shipped that day.
E-mail might be the new norm but I would think a call to customer service would get faster results.
