I've noticed huge improvements in my reflexes after picking up badminton regularly. Do you think badminton is one of the best beginner sports for hand-eye coordination training in youth? Would love to hear your experiences with racquet sports and coordination skills development.

I sometimes play badminton as a physical activity, I don't play other sports but I believe if you play badminton you can certainly improve your hand and eyes movement while playing other sports, tennis for instance,

Playing badminton improves hand-eye coordination in young athletes by requiring quick reflexes to track the shuttlecock and time their racket swings precisely. This constant practice sharpens their visual focus, reaction speed, and motor skills, enhancing overall coordination and athletic performance.
