How Often Do You Shampoo Your Hair?

I wash mine every 4 days, using dry shampoo in between. Occasionally I will go 6 days, but that's if I'm working a lot of overtime and don't have the extra time to style it.

I used to be a daily washer and swore I'd never be able to go to washing it less often, but once you get used to it (and your hair gets used to it), it's so much easier.

As a man, I should be more careful, since washing it frequently is definitely very bad for the scalp and causes hair to fall out a lot, so I totally agree with you.
