I made some very very strong coffee then used creme and sugar to make it drinkable...half a large pack of black licorice ...and been sipping apple juice.
Worked great and it looks like I dont have to buy new magazines at this time

Once every two-three days...

Amara(3) poops once or twice a day.

My son(1 1/2) poops 3-6 times a day.

I have been missing a day once in a while....I hate missing days,I look forward to the activity actually.
Coffee seems to help,but my schedule of daily morning "plops" seems to have become irregular
