how much would you pay for a cheesecake? i dont mean one of those mass produced things you see in the store, i mean an honest to goodness homemade baked cheesecake.

some people's at my wife's work like my cheesecake and i'm thinking of selling them cheesecakes.

so, what would you pay?

If it's dry.... I'd want a refund..... :D

If it's delicious and rich.... homemade too.... and I knew your wife.... I'd most likely pay about $12.

mine are never dry. they are smooth and creamy. i've not had one complaint from anyone who has had my cheesecake, it's nothing but compliments.

You should go for it then. Figure out the cost of ingredients.... add some cost for prep and baking.... and your labor of love.... and see if they'll pay the amount you calculate.

Everything's negotiable. You've got to start somewhere.
