It's better to perform out what's better for your whole body. Individuals who are very effective and therefore dropping wetness for a lot of the day are going to need more fluids than some guy sat in an seat. And it relies on the person.

It's better to perform out
WTH is that?

Individuals who are very effective and therefore dropping wetness for a lot of the day

Effective at what...and how is effective related to "dropping wetness"...unless you mean the actual effectiveness of dropping wetness.

I drink probably twice as much water a day. Than what is suggested, because I live in an oven. Aka Arizona.

We went to Yuma when I was a kid ....was terrible/was during the summer.
Then through southern NM Texas and all that...we went into Mexico somewhere along the way..It was so hot the wind made it feel worse wherever it was we were at in Mexico.
This was back when only few cars had AC...and if they did there was only a chance of it working.
I drank alot of water on that trip..and still had chapped lips.

Thats correct..as it can swell cells.
An adult body can dump about an extra liter an hour via kidneys...what happens is the extra water has to go through the system first before the kidneys can get rid of it.
Your body has a "salt ratio".. and large amounts of water can effect this and can prove to be fatal.
One must make sure they also keep the proper sodium balance during the hot sweaty days.
When it is downright hot you can sweat faster than your body can absorb what you drink....thus you can officially dehydrate yourself with a belly full of water....this is where the danger comes in again..you have lowered your volume of water in your body {which has this salt ratio}...it will absorb this water that passes through your system and the imbalance occurs.
Just as over hydrating can be very serious...so can dehydration ...gulping water can kill you...even if you need that water {dehydrated} as your electrolytes will be out of balance.

So I should drink more Gatorade and beer?

The beer no as it can dehydrate.
Weak solutions of Gatorade{25 percent} are good as it keeps you in the right direction towards proper balance.
The Gatorade will replenish some of the lost sodium during a heavy sweat....however we find sodium in alot of foods we eat and will keep that balance we need as long as we dont drink faster than the kidneys can dump it.
An acclimated person to the heat loses less sodium through their sweat.
Think of it like this...more sodium isnt always better..thus why we cant drink seawater while drifting on that raft.
What we are interested in /is not running into the condition of low sodium in our body.
I wouldn't rely on straight Gatorade alone but drink a liter or so throughout the day if you dont want to cut it with water....maybe two litres if you are doing construction or running etc.
I would rather eat some salty fries and chase it with water than drink Gatorade...but I know what you mean..as you will be drinking pretty often throughout the day.
