One and a bit. English (DUH!) and a smattering of Plaut Deutsch (Mennonite German dialect...tons of fun, wish I knew more).
I'm struggling with 1...
Braggart.
Only English fluently, some german phrases here and there. I know the whole alphabet in sign language and a smathering of Signs.
I have a good ear though, aced French in College, but remember very little of it.

I know just enough French, Spanish & German to get my face slapped by anyone who speaks those languages.

No, but I worked for a German gunsmith who constantly ranted in German & French and I took 2 years of French in high school of which I remember very little. We have a growing Spanish community where I live so picking up a little Spanish is self-preservation. I forgot I have picked up a little Cajun along the way.
