I have two but would have wanted 3 kids..

You all realize that 3 kids are a minimum to keep the population stable.. If you have less then 3 kids, the population will start to decrease and each country will need to start to look at immigration as a way to keep the country from falling backwards in population decrease..

but for some three is a lot

Maybe one or two, when I'm ready for them and I am married, and they will have a stable secure environment.

I want two. But as for now, I'm too young to have kids. Perhaps when I get married. I have a brother and a sister and they are... Overwhelming to me. With my family's personality, 2 is perfect. AND, personality passes on from generation to generation a bit, so I don't want my kids to go through the same obnoxiousness that I do.

The way my family runs is this: Two get along great, throw in a third one and the family conflicts. :)

I voted for 3 years ago, and I think I'm still there. Was talking to Matt the other day, and he hated being an only child, so I doubt we'd have just one. And I think three is a good number because then you can choose siblings and you aren't stuck hanging out with just one.

Being a teacher is the best form of birth control. No kids for me thanks. I see what they turn into by the time they become 11 years old! A bunch of little monsters!

Joking....some of them are quite cute actually. I am just not up for the responsibilty of having my own.

The only thing that turns me off having kids is the prepubescent boys I saw on the train the other day mucking around, but then again, boys at high school are like that, you know, the type that chop up erasers and throw it everywhere in the middle of math class...

I want a big family..

I've grown up with 6 of us in a family, I have my mum and dad, an older brother and a younger sister and brother.

Lots of family on my dad's side, lots and lots of cousins and uncles and aunts and I would love to carry that on.

me and my boyfriend have said we want a football team lol We want our own lil bunch to call a family and have that family around us as we get older, sounds perfect to us.

There was a call in on a radio station recently about women having kids, the presenter was asking if people are selfish if they didn't want kids, was quite surprising how ppl answered.

I don't think it's selfish of people not to want kids and when you think of all the kids in the world without parents it is a shame but I myself don't think I could bond with a child that wasn't my own in that way.

I think I would hate to get older and regret not having children, I want to get old with my boyfriend and have a lot of family around us, our kids, grandkids etc.
