How frequently you go to a doctor?

I have seen people who even for a small issue go to a doctor and get medications whereas I don't like it. I wait for a day then if doesn't feel better see a doctor. What do you do? Do you take medicines even for small ailments?

I went to the doctor three years ago to clean my ears. My right ear was so itchy at that time, and it turned out that there was accumulated earwax.

There's really no need to be running to the doctor everytime you feel a slight headache. I don't visit the doctor unless it has gotten so serious. However, I make sure I go for regular check ups.

The last time I went to a doctor was about 7 years ago when my blood pressure dropped to the risky point.

O don't go to the doctors too frequently. I do OTC medication sometimes
