How flexible are you?

My wife and I generally do something for dinner out on Friday night as the culmination of another week. Often times we include our daughter since she lives at home. My daughter is going out after work and my wife and I planned to go have dinner and do a little Christmas shopping. She just called me and asked if I minded a change of plans as a friend of hers invited her to go to the local Tea house for tea and dinner. I could tell by how she sounded that the idea excited her so I said sure have fun. Call me on my cell when you get through and we will still go shopping if you feel like it. I will be having dinner alone but I am ok with that.

I am sometimes. Although I don't like to be stood up at the very last minute.

As long as someone isn't constantly changing our plans that I'm completely flexible. I don't mind it once in a while.

Rare for her to alter our plans. Usually circumstances or kids do that.

when I was in St. Louis I had dinner for the first time solo, must say it was awfully hard to do but once I was done with it, I could do it again.

I'm pretty flexible.... I might feel disappointed.... but usually I'll have as much fun doing something else other than what was originally planned anyway.

I don't like it when someone cancels on me as a habit but I'm pretty flexible otherwise.

My wife does not have a lot of outside the home activities without me. I bowl once a week. I go fishing a few times a year. I play tennis on an infrequent basis. When she wants to do something with a friend I am generally agreeable.

Very flexible....and I eat out alone all the time, mainly brunch or lunch but it doesnt worry me one bit....I actually enjoy being able to enjoy my meal in silence and have a read of the paper or something.

I do that at school at times, just put on the noise canceling headphones and am in my own world

I was thinking of a different flexibility. I don't mind plan changes, except when I've got a hankering to eat at a certain place or a certain type of food and then the general plan changes so that doesn't happen.

Dang, I was thinking physical flexibility. I was going to show off and tell everyone that I can put both feet behind my head at the same time. Oh well, next time.
