Staying motivated after a setback can be difficult. Whether you missed a few workouts or experienced a slow period of progress, how do you get back on track? Do you set new goals, change your routine, or focus on smaller wins? How do you maintain motivation during these challenging times?

After a setback, I stay motivated by focusing on small, achievable goals. I remind myself of the progress I’ve made and the benefits of consistency. I also mix up my routine to keep things exciting and avoid burnout.

There is no way to stay motivated, motivation is like happiness, it is something that comes as a consequence, so when you perform an action for consequences you will get motivation, but for me, for example, what worked for me was watching motivational videos of people who never give up despite all the adversities.

For me it is to reach out to friends, family, or support groups for encouragement and understanding.. Also find inspiration from others who have overcome similar challenges
