Alright, here's my next question then...
How do you wake yourself up?? On my days off, I sleep with no alarm (I mean it is my day off afterall) but like I said, at work I get hardly any sleep... so I'm screwed up
I ask all these silly questions cuz I have been on this weight loss kick, and recently I have been sooo tired and I dont want my effed up sleep to start making me not motivated to do what I need to do I'm trying to be proactive here... it's a first for me!
If I need to wake up, I will either get someone else to do it or get an alarm, otherwise if you need sleep, you probably aren't going to wake up over free will.. Maybe, if you have a pet, make them sleep in you room, and if they are annoying enough, they will wake you up.. otherwise, not sure..
