Success in your career isn’t just about your knowledge, skills or talent, it’s also about knowing who is who in your industry. You can be highly skilled, but without industry connections, getting prospects, or hired, can be a challenge. Are you actively building your professional network?

For career growth, I network by attending industry events, joining relevant online groups, and connecting with professionals on LinkedIn. I focus on building genuine relationships by offering help, sharing insights, and staying consistent in communication.

I network for career growth by attending industry events, joining online communities, and engaging on LinkedIn. I once landed a freelance project just by commenting thoughtfully on a professional’s post, it opened unexpected doors and connections.

I think these are things that just happen, nobody likes to be talked to by someone who is interested or wants to use them, so the easiest way to make contacts is through being useful in something and knowing for sure that it works for you and getting to know people, in this case if you are a good professional and you get along well with other professionals, but by getting along well or doing your jobs very well you will definitely have professional contacts
