We tried that thing, what is it, peace?, ever? You mean we never aimed weapons, or imposed others with military, or supported hitler when he was younger with.... peace, oops, i mean arms. sounds like something we did with another one of our friends these days.

im pretty sure when we send others over seas, they have seem to always have weapons on them, not terribly smart or savy words (let alone know the capital of the country they are in)
