When people are at loggerheads, maintaining calmness and listening actively are very crucial. This will help understand different perspectives for solving the problems. Conflicts between love ones demands professionalism in resolving as you could resolve the issue and they go back and it becomes worst or they get along while you become the bad person. It is very true that when one is angry, there's a tendency to tell a lie or deviate from the truth. This is why I always ask for evidence. The case is resolved according to the evidence at hand.
