yeah music is another one, i'll pick the one that calms me down the most...usually it's a bunch of music that people are screaming and it's really loud
first things first, have a smoke. it depends what im stressed over but i find playing guitar helps alot. just playing a riff over and over and improvising lyrics expressing the way i feel. or trying to (i often end up repeating alot). And then sometimes i just tell myself either A.im better than this (if im stressed over something really dumb) or B.kinda tell myself im a strong person totally helps ya know?
Meditate/Pray, Read the Bible, Take a bath in the whirltub, go to sleep, exercise (let's off endorphins), talk to a mentor or friend about what is bothering me.
