Traffic, noise, endless notifications, small annoyances add up. What’s your go-to method for cooling off before frustration builds into full anger?

Thankfully, I work from home and I do not have to deal with noisy people,. traffic congestion or even toxic colleges and boss. However, even when I work from home, sometimes I get irritated, and I make myself a cup of coffee to cool my mind.

When I feel those little irritations stacking up, I usually step away for a bit, just a short walk, some deep breaths, or even silence for a few minutes. It helps me reset before I snap. Sometimes music or a quick scroll through something funny also works.

I recently recovered from viral infection that affected my digestive system. It was a living hell for me. By the Grace and Mercy of Allah Almighty, I have recovered. Having said that, sometimes in life, you cannot do anything but have patience. I waited to get recovered. I was facing real agitation and irritation. It took me more than two weeks to recover.
