You can easily balance if you are getting results (for instance, your goals seem achievable), however, if you aren't getting results, you will overcome with stress, and cannot balance your ambition with wellbeing.
I balance ambition and wellbeing by setting realistic goals and pacing myself. I prioritize rest, exercise, and reflection alongside work. Breaking tasks into manageable steps, celebrating small wins, and knowing when to say no keeps me motivated without burning out.
