How did you overcome your chronic illness

Not all persons out there are strong at heart. Some folks are really faint and weak. I'm not such, but I would like to know from someone who has battled with a chronic sickness how they dealt with it. Maybe your story could inspire someone who reads this:thumbup

It's a matter of seeking alternatives. I've asthma since I am a kid and since January I'm making a treatment with an homeopathic doctor and I've never felt as good...

After a head injury I started having seizures (epilepsy) I just do the best I can. I've had to adapt. I can't drive so have to take the bus etc. It sucks really but I know that there are many people in worst shape.

I have asthma, I moved to a drier mountain climate, cut my meds almost off. and I never have any need for a rescue inhaler.

I don’t have chronic illness, I am perfectly healthy being. I don't easily get sick

I don't have any. If I had, I would use combination for modern medication and alternative therapy

Thankfully, I do not have any chronic illness, however, my father is battling heart diseases and he tries to manage his conditions by taking medication and practicing healthy lifestyle.
