How did you come up with your screen name?

Well, for me, I've had over 100 different usernames lately, here are a few of them:
UR2EZ4ME
JoKeR_ReKoJ
IMBTRTH4NU
ATKU2

There is really no specific reason why I stuck with ATKU2... probably cause it's just stuck with me...
So overall, I'm either Joker_Rekoj or ATKU2.
 
My freshman year I had long hair, and all the sophomores were reading the odyssey in english, so one of the guys on the football team started calling me odysseus. It kinda stuck with me.

Mine was originally retrofade... when I signed up over here, I shortened it to retro. The retrofade one was from a song from an indie band that hasn't existed for about a decade now.

I'm considering changing my online "persona" though, and using a new name I came up with... though I think I'm stuck as retro here.:24:

I always thought it was your real name. And you looked like that wizard dude you used to have as your avvie.

I'm somewhat disappointed.
 
My mom actually came up with my user name. I was 14 and we had just bought a new family computer. I was trying to figure out a user name for MSN chat, and she just popped out with it. I liked it and have used it ever since for many chat rooms and forums. I'm a bit of an online addict. :)

But I did actually get a tattoo of a butterly on my back when I was 18, so it suits a bit more now.

What's funny is - I've had some people in real life call me Satin because they know it's my nickname online. But I've had it for so long... it's part of who I am.
