Experts say bed rotting signals stress, not the root problem. Intentional rest helps recovery, but passive isolation can make things worse. What’s your strategy for resting intentionally while staying motivated? Can structured breaks prevent burnout without turning into total bed time?

When you are lying on the bed and using your devices, perhaps doomscrolling, it is not the rest. rest means you not only get physical rest but also mental rest. bedrotting increasing stress and anxiety.

Balancing rest without avoidance means distinguishing between genuine downtime and procrastination. Schedule intentional breaks, set small achievable tasks, and use rest to recharge for meaningful work. Mindful rest like short walks, reading, or meditation helps you recover without letting avoidance take over.
