You can find yourself aging rapidly and one of such culprits is always stress. But good enough you can halt this rapid process by cutting off stressful situation, drinking plenty water and getting enough stress. How do you achieve yours?

Practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques: To reduce stress and promote relaxation, engage in activities such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing, or progressive muscle relaxation.

Exercise on a regular basis: Exercise can help decrease stress and enhance overall health. Find a workout you like and commit to doing it on a regular basis.

Get adequate sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep every night to help your body and mind recuperate from the stresses of the day.

Consume a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein to supply your body with the resources it requires to function correctly and handle stress.

I'm in my mid 30's and I've noticed my friends have aged pretty badly because some of them did alcohol and abused controlled substances. Something I never did. But I'd have to say that stuff is pretty hard on your body will age you.

Botox.... ba hahahaha.

But seriously, yes sugar, alcohol, smoking anything, and high cortisol stress hormones age you.

Too much gaming ages the brain, as well so limit that too.

Also, sun damage.

Well good food, good sleep, less stress can help you a lot and avoid be in the sun all day if you can. I know some people hard to avoid the sun
if it is working outside

i guess i am lucky i did not do all this i was out in the sun always, no sunscreen, bad food, actually i was not eating bad food but rather no food at all just few bites a day hardly was getting any nutrition's , always my sleep was bad,
that is why i say i am lucky i don't look older even after all this just i do have bad skin problems now and my face look darker compare to my body because of sun damage but that's all
not enough nutrition played a role on some problems i have now but still am good

Eat well and have enough sleep to avoid rapid aging. One also needs good exercise, bets not to be overstressed. If having a problem, do not take it seriously. There is no problem that can't be solved.

Yes, Protect your skin from sun exposure. Avoid or quit smoking, eat a well-balanced diet and exercise. Talk to your healthcare provider about treatments for healthy living

I think the best way to deal with rapid aging is to focus on what you can control, like staying active, eating well, managing stress, and getting enough sleep. Mentally, embracing aging as part of life and finding joy in small moments helps a lot. Acceptance with action can really shift your perspective.
