Very tired and sore all over.
I volunteered this afternoon at a bookstall so was on my feet for the best part of three hours and doing a lot of lifting. Worth it though.

Our loving friend, Lyndy, a Black Lab/German Shepard passed away last night. Found her in her usual spot looking like she went peacefully. She was diagnosed with lung cancer about one Month ago when she started acting very lethargic and wasn't eating much. She was 12 Y/O.
