angry customer support call for something we dont handle they will not take no for an answer cause they are ignorant
we support one piece of software they want a printer jam fixed and blame us cause they cant print from our software
they are two dumb to be able to clear the paper that they can see in their printer I guess they want me to virtually remove it from a web connection
