I know yall are probably getting sick of my house threads, but im too lazy to look back and find it.. lol Actually, I just wanted to stop in for a minute because I am trying to get some house work done. 
I stopped by the house today to get the termite inspection done- everything looks great there. Then I went over and spoke to my morgage broker. I had all the information for her and she was very pleased. She told me that the underwriter was off because of the holiday, so she cant give me a 100% until tomorrow when she looks at it, however, she told me that its about 95% positive that I will get this house. When I heard that, I felt relieved!! So Im gonna start getting some stuff together today (clean).. Then tomorrow, I will worry about the rest. But I feel alot better and alittle less stressed. 
Love you guys for supporting me. Still keep your fingers crossed for me. Looks like the closing date will stay on November 30th.. So anyone that wants to come down for the weekend and help me move, feel free. haha.
