A guy I used to be tight with when he lived in my neighborhood passed today he was only 32. He had a seizure & heartattack and fell done the stairs and broke his neck. This is all second hand though.

that's very tragic. if i can offer a brighter side to this, be thankful he didn't survive and be terribly handicapped for another 40 years. everybody suffers along with him. this way, even he didn't suffer more than a short moment.
