But I know what you mean. It's all about what people buy for whom. I just get upset when I'm alone, not when I don't get stuff. :shrug:
 
your right about holidays
here is a good example
valentines day
from a womans view:
when you recieve a gift no matter what it is
you want his whole being his whole heart and love in it
like spending time outdoors (wilderness woods side of the road what ever)
picking pretty flowers from the land and bringing them home
putting his own words down on paper about how he feels about you.

What do people do
go to store spend hours looking at premade cards that you always
have to settle on one cause they are never perfect
and by roses
exspensive timely and meaningless

i did the old fashed tale from above with this girl one time
and she got pissed and said that i should have went to walmart and
just bought some roses
and my stuff looked good to
i gave her the boot

but it just goes to show that people have forgotten
whats real in this world
 
I would MUCH rather have someone here in person, empty handed, then to have shit delivered to me. It's not about the "stuff" you get, it's about the LOVE that you get.

That is so rude when people are like that, When they 'suggest' you should of gotten them this or that. What ever happened to people with manners!?

I hate Valentine's Day. I think it's dumb.

And I hate it even more since 3 years ago, my fiance at the time decided he wanted to break up with me, but he waited til the 15th to do it because it thought it would be cheesy to break up on V-Day.
