Yeah in general my phone suits me and it isn't falling apart, but it's getting old and starting to have the occasional issue - plus I'd love a phone with a slightly better camera and video capability

Ooh.... Vodafone are doing the 8gb iPhone 4 on the same cost as my current tariff :ninja I'm currently with o2 but I've got no particular reason to stay with them, especially since their best offer for the same deal would be £10 more expensive.


It's 300 minutes less a month but I don't use a lot of minutes, and everything else matches.

Considered giffgaff at all? It's owned by O2 but runs on their network as a separate entity. Internet being unlimited was the key draw for me. I don't even use the 250 mins on the basic 'goodybag'.

I asked O2 what I was actually using and they did an average for me over 3 months. Per month, I've only been using about 45 minutes of talk, 120 texts and 270mb of data. Considering my tariff is for 600 minutes and unlimited texts and 500mb, that's just crazy!

LOL even if I did (and I sometimes do!) that's all done through whatsapp, not my contract texts so in fact, you're probably the reason my data usage is the highest thing on there!

Aah yes, it is sim only - I should have been more clear. Being on O2, I got them to 'unlock' my phone as I was out of contract and then got a PAC to be able to move to giffgaff and take my phone number with me. I did that as I was keeping my 3GS.

Of course, buying a phone without a sim is usually quite expensive so I understand the upgrade option being better for ya even if you have to get a new contract.

Yeah upgrading is definitely cheaper for me, but I am in the habit of just letting my contract roll over monthly when I reach the end of it so I'll have to bear this in mind and actually get a cheaper deal once my next one ends!

Just checked the weather and apparently it's going to be gorgeous all week! Wearing sandals and a dress to work for the first time this year is a lovely feeling



Though my boss is already freaking out because some idiot left the overhead heater in the warehouse on last night, so now the whole building is toasty warm
