I came here after reading a few posts and thought I'd like it.
Honestly, I heard nothing but bad things about this place prior to my signing up....they were all wrong, it's great here.

I was a member on another forum which was becoming boring and pretty bitchy as it was 99% female. I made some friends there who I still speak to but the forum was boring me. So I goggled chat forum or something, clicked on a few sites but this one looked the most interesting (and easiest to navigate, I am not the most patient) so I joined and made myself nicely at home. I'm glad I did, there are some cool peeps here.
I got PM'd the link.. and the little brat took off *shakes head*

I was annoyed at the Big brother antics and bitchiness at the only other forum (at the time) I had ever been on, so...did what a lot of others here did..A Google search.
However...I joined that other Offtopic place first... got swallowed up in the maelstrom....then tried here.

Stumbled across it on Google after searching off topic forum and gave it a try. Had been on another forum but kinda got burned out on it, plus it seemed to be heading downhill and sure enough it went kaput a short bit later.

Didn't the originals on here all come from some Mustang forum? Remember in the early days it was mainly full of petrol heads.
