Thats odd that it doesn't work. Go to the main OTz page, scroll down and click the link for the calender event... opens just fine for me.

It's a calendar that veronica and I can use to keep track of who's titles have been changed and when they expire and need to be deleted. There are almost 2 dozen custom titles floating around out there and it's real easy to lose track of who has them and when they need to be removed. So we have a calendar set up to track it for us. When a title needs to be removed after a week, veronica and I see a link to the reminder on the main page. But while setting it up, I had it visible to everyone, that's why James was able to see it. But it's all locked down now, so even James can't see it

It's not that we need to hide it, it's more about keeping the junk off the site. Only Admins can change titles, so only we need to see the message.\
