but really, yea it does, and later on, almost all outside body panels will be replaced anyways, but thats later.... and every single outside emblem will be removed, except the pony on a grill-delete kit...

that is a pic of a 99 vert. its got the spoiler of a 99-00 and the emblems of the 35th anniversary 99.

meguires car soap. DO NOT USE DISHWASH DETERGHENT!!!
then i rinse off and ill probably end up getting the mr clean autodry kit so it wont leave water spots.
wax once a month. im going to do the meguires 3 step soon. and if you have tinted windows- DO NOT USE WINDEX AS IT CONTAINS AMMONIA WHICH EATS GLUE OFF TINT AND PISSES YOU OFF!!!
and meguires tire wet spray.
and meguires wheel cleaner (i use this on my wheels, exhaust tips and CAI)
i dont use water on engine compartment- i just "dust" it with a 100% cotton towel
then i use NXT quik detailer if i have already done the 3 step (i do the 3 step 2x a year)
then i vaccuum
dust interior
take her to about 110 to dry off.
enjoy my freshly bathed beast :rock

cold air intake... and yea it seems to top out at 115 or so. the speedo goes up to 120.
when i get the 4.10s the top speed should be even lower. but at least acceleration will plant you in the seat.
and ill keep yall posted on the results and noticable differences of my underdrive pully install friday. :rock

soap and scrubbing gets off debris form road. water alone doesnt accomplish much.
i still say get some girls over to help you wash the car. id do it. :cool

but it has to be a 100% cotton top, or it coulod scratch the paint :dunno
