There are a lot of herbs and spices that give you health benefits if you make a drink by boiling them and drink like tea. However, I don't drink herbal tea, I do add spices to tea.

I don't drink teas. I prefer drinking cold chocolate milk instead. I don't even like coffee that much. I also drink juices and chocolate milk shakes or other kinds of flavoured milk. I might try green tea as I haven't even tasted it yet.
