Help!

I am trying to pull something off a different computer, but there is no monitor for it. I have hooked it up to the TV before, but cannot find the connection point for something, so I plugged everything into my laptop. Now how do I access the other computer from my laptop?

If you turn on the second PC. It should show up like a drive under my computer on your laptop. Transferring files should be easy from there.

How exactly did you connect your computer to your laptop? You may be best off plugging both computers into your network and accessing the second computer using remote desktop in windows. For more info do a windows help search on remote desktops
