Help?

Is this a recent problem? Which operating system are you using? I read an artical about how MS have done something to XP to make it more difficult to use illegal copies. The copy i'm using right now is illegal, apparantly, even though i brought it from Dell.

To be honest, I know jack shit about this, I got a new computer off a mate and he had a ripped off windows disk on the instal. Whatever he tried, he couldn't upload anything much, even AVG and firefox, think it is new stuff the've brought out to detect such, guess I'm going to have to make do till I buy a authentic windows disk.

And see if your version of Windows validates. (If it's a decent pirated version it'll pass. =D)

If not then it's a piece of shit OS and you'd be better off without it.
If you want help getting a decent pirated version that's safe and reliable just send me a private message and I'll give you a step-by-step guide.

As for Photobucket, I can't really say I've noticed anything wrong with it.

Peter have you tried putting photobucket site address in your Trusted sites from internet properties - security

might work

I have a ripped off windows and can use photobucket. Make sure you have java turned on in your browser or that scripts are not being blocked.
 
Peter.. Like Static.. if you want i can help you get a beter ver. of windows (I do own legal copies but prefer the hacked versions stripped of the BS before anyone throws stones) But This sounds like a browser problem. I Would suggest like has been suggested that you add photobucket to trusted sites (Tools/Internet security i think) but actually i think a move to Fire Fox would be best
