This guy crashed a mile from his fuel stop..IMO they are blaming it to much on texting....Mind you I am against flying and texting

So the question is....Bad pilot regardless of whether he texted or not?

Mind you the video I show is a little "playing"...one can be pretty graceful if need be.

Practice practice practice....that way when the day comes you are prepared.

Sort of like when your brakes on your car fail...panic then smash a dead pedal is the usual reaction...rather than downshifting and controlled parking brake application.

I think all phone and text should be disabled when the device is in motion. We piss about guns in this country but distracted driving kills a lot more people. Simple to setup with the gps built into phones these days but no legislative body wants to tackle it.
