Arkansas running back Darren McFadden can say that he`s the second-best college football player in the nation. Saturday night, ESPN announced in New York that McFadden finished second in voting for the Heisman Trophy. Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith, who was favored to win the award, ran away with first place. Smith got 801 first-place votes to McFadden`s 45. Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn finished third with 13 first-place votes.
