There are so many cooking oils available—olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc. Which one do you use most and why? Have you noticed any health benefits from switching oils?
I mostly use olive oil for its heart-health benefits and great flavor. Occasionally, I use coconut oil for certain dishes. Switching reduced heavy oils in my diet.
We use mustard oils. In the US mustard is not recommended as a cooking oil but in our culture we have been using mustard oil for cooking since generations
I use olive or avocado oil for most of my cooking because they’re heart-healthy and flavorful. I like coconut oil occasionally, but in moderation. For cold dishes, I prefer flaxseed oil for its omega-3 benefits.
