The P2P model requires players to buy digital assets like NFTs or game tokens before accessing full gameplay features. On the other hand F2P games let you play instantly. Some free games even allow players to collect tradable in-game items or tokens as they progress, and they can make money by selling on game marketplace of digital asset marketplace.

I have played any blockchain game. I haven't come across any. I would look for and try out the free-to-play format of blockchain games.
