Since I've lived in the country here... We've only had a couple of really rainy Spring Seasons. Flooded areas that never flooded before. We were lucky. I'm far enough away from any rivers and lakes and streams and sit up high on the property..... but our pond was over its banks. It's close to the house.... about 35' away. Hubby had to dig a trench off the back side to keep it from getting out of hand.
No. I'm looking to build up some conversations with the other members here and spend the evening talking. It's what I do best.... and well.... you know me.

I remember when I was in California on vacation..... I kept my watch set for 'my' time zone thinking I could actually continue that schedule! HA! The people we were staying with didn't like that one tiny little bit. Took me 2 days to get on their time. Then when I returned home.... it took me 20 minutes to get back on mine! :nod:
